This page explains how a user can initiate deletion of their QuotePilot account and company data.
How to start account deletion
- Contact support@quotepilot.brag.es from the email address used in QuotePilot.
- Use this subject: QuotePilot account deletion.
- Include your company name, account email and a short confirmation that you want to start account deletion.
- Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or secrets.
The process covers the user account, company data, leads, quotes and operational data that QuotePilot is not legally, fiscally or security-wise required to retain.
If the account has an active subscription, payment cancellation may require a separate action in Stripe or, in the future, in the store where the subscription was purchased.
Before Google Play or App Store submission, the app should include an authenticated self-service account deletion initiation flow available from account settings.
