Terms of service

The service

QuotePilot helps service businesses organize enquiries, prepare editable quote drafts and PDF files, and plan client follow-ups. Available features and limits depend on the selected plan and are shown before purchase.

Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate information, protect their password and accept responsibility for activity performed through their account. Users must not infringe another person's rights, submit unlawful content, bypass safeguards, attempt to access another company's data or disrupt the service.

Client data and content

Users are responsible for the lawful use of client data, prices, taxes, terms and content sent through QuotePilot. They must be entitled to enter that data and provide required information to clients. Rights in content remain with its owner; QuotePilot uses it only to provide the service.

AI drafts

The AI wizard may create an incomplete or inaccurate suggestion. Users must review and approve scope, prices, taxes, timing and terms before sending it. QuotePilot does not provide legal, tax or accounting services.

Plans, payments and cancellation

Website purchases are completed through Stripe and Android subscriptions through Google Play. Price, billing period and key conditions are shown before purchase. A subscription must be cancelled where it was purchased. Uninstalling the app or stopping use of an account does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to applicable law and purchase terms.

Refunds and availability

Refunds are handled under mandatory law and the rules of the place of purchase. QuotePilot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Ending use and contact

Users may stop using the service and delete an account by following the account deletion instructions. An active subscription must be cancelled first. Questions and complaints can be submitted through the support page or to support@quotepilot.brag.es.
